I'm currently continuing my civic tech journey at Nava, where I'm helping craft a modernization strategy for USDA's Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, & Children (WIC). I also manage UX designers and researchers across several teams.

Provided UX architecture, research, and development support to the Employment Development Department (EDD) to improve Californians' access to critical services such as unemployment insurance, paid family leave, and disability insurance.

Midspace developed a fully open-source virtual and hybrid conference platform by and for the academic community. Its mission was to increase conference accessibility and access while decreasing carbon emissions. Because it operated as a small startup, I wore nearly every product and design hat, serving as an individual contributor, design manager, customer experience manager, strategic product advisor, open source project coordinator, and supervisor of student projects.
