Hi, I’m Lucas McClure, a passionate and driven computer scientist who recently graduated with my M.S. and B.S. in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, which I completed in just 4.5 years. I have class experience with Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Mining.

My expertise spans multiple programming languages, including Python, Java, C, and OCaml. I also have worked with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. I’ve created projects integrating AI and data-driven solutions, such as analyzing the Lichess player network and developing a Wikipedia information retrieval system.

Beyond software, I have a strong foundation in leadership and teamwork, showcased through my role leading an IBM-sponsored telescope image-processing project and mentoring fellow referees as a USSF Certified Referee Mentor.
