I’m a software engineering leader who combines technical depth with a focus on team growth. Over the past decade, I’ve helped modernize systems, scale products, and build strong engineering cultures in both startup and public company environments.

At Vivid Seats, I was a key contributor to the migration of our legacy marketplace to a modern Next.js platform which enabled incremental static regeneration that brought page load speeds down to 25 ms. I also designed and implemented a white-label system that now supports multiple partner brands. Along the way, I’ve introduced AI-assisted development workflows, created a design system with a governance model, introduced SLAs between engineering/product and mentored engineers leading to accelerated growth.

My leadership style is mentorship-focused and guided by data. I stay close to the code to provide technical direction, improve efficiency, and ensure our work aligns with real business outcomes. For me, technology is a means to drive impact, not the result itself.

I’m most motivated by solving complex problems, exploring new ideas, and helping others reach their potential. Whether leading a team or contributing as an engineer, I focus on clarity, collaboration, and technical excellence that delivers meaningful results.
