6-month co-op on the Beats Product Design team at Apple, supporting product development through hands-on design, engineering, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Develop and iterate CAD/CFD concepts for next-generation aerial vehicle prototypes, with emphasis on manufacturability and structural integration.

• Lead prototype bring-up and design changes addressing weight, access, and serviceability; support BOM development and early vendor conversations.

• Supported first-article builds and prototype bring-up with SolidWorks/Fusion 360; closed issues on interference and service clearances.

• Produced fixtures/jigs and quick-turn parts to unblock mechanical and electrical tests.

• Partnered with manufacturing on tolerance stack adjustments that simplified assembly.

• Led weekly lab content for 30+ students; refreshed tutorials to fit bioengineering and device design use cases. 

• Focus on rapid, safe iteration: proper workholding, tolerance callouts, and verification.

• Built mechanical subsystems for wearable sensing; maintained sensor alignment across body types; collaborated on signal quality checks. 

• Drove prototype-to-analysis loop with MATLAB/Python; supported test fixtures and basic statistics.
