Lead 0-to-1 design of AI agent-powered experiences that transform how recruiters source, evaluate, and engage talent.

• Create and evolve enterprise design library, patterns, frameworks, and guidelines that enable teams to build intuitive, cohesive AI-enhanced experiences across the Recruiter platform.

• Design and A/B test upsell components to promote RLite in Premium.

• Own end-to-end design for Talent Solutions reporting suite - spanning data visualizations and chart libraries that enable teams to build actionable analytics on recruiter efficiency, talent insights, and hiring ROI.

• Design onboarding experiments for New Recruiter and Jobs.

• Lead design of the company's first set of self-service channels (pricing page, signup, purchase, upsell / x-sell, upgrade, downgrade, cancellation, reactivation, referral) and sales enablement tools, driving significant increases in trial conversion, user activation, engagement, retention, and ARR.

• Design and test user onboarding flows, email nurture, and product experiments to accelerate growth across Box's core products.
