Strategy: Drove 0 to 1 product strategy for a new product offering – a newborn's health tracking app for first-time parents – considering business monetization, user needs, and followup iterations.

Design: Owned the end-to-end product design, from collecting ideas via customer support and user interviews to creating wireframes, prototypes and pixel designs

Code: Developed Glow's company website; designed and coded email blasts to users

Collaboration: Close collaboration with content strategy, iOS and Android engineers, customer support and data analyst to ensure product success

Culture: Recruited, interviewed, and mentored designers. Set up the first interview question bank for standardizing interview process for all four designers
