- Leading end-to-end design of a volunteer-matching platform, translating complex community and organizational data into clear, intuitive workflows for nonprofit and volunteer coordination.
- Synthesizing stakeholder data to define user flows, platform architecture, and feature prioritization for a multi-sided system.
- Designing high-fidelity, scalable interfaces and system components using Figma, Airtable, and Softr, and leveraging AI tools (Lovable) to rapidly prototype and “vibe code” functional solutions.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams and participating in weekly syncs with senior leaders and stakeholders to align on creative direction, share progress, and ensure high-quality execution through production and launch.
