- Designed and developed an in-house analytics tracking library used across major web applications in US Bank, defining standardized event models to improve data quality and APIs to simplify implementation for developers.
- Led the automated PII scanning and masking project, preventing sensitive customer data from entering downstream analytics systems and ensuring compliance with internal data governance policies.
