• Developed and created the Creative Strategy/Vision: "Captivate You to Create & Connect."

• Utilized qualitative and competitive market research to develop compelling brand and seasonal campaigns across various media channels including photo, video, digital, paid, social, email, print, and CGI.
• Managed the creation of photo book and card "template designs" and oversaw a team of approximately 10 freelance illustrators.
• Collaborated with established companies, such as Martha Stewart, Hallmark, and Crayola, to produce the "template designs" in partnership with Mixbook.
• Fostered relationships with internal cross-functional partners and external partners/vendors.
• Launched Mobile App 2.0 Design and GTM that generated 181K downloads from the start of the launch Sept-Dec 2022.
• Led, Managed, and mentored a creative team of 5 FTE and 2-7 freelancers.
