Led the design, planning and strategy of a mobile native app for PieTix, in which event promoters can easily track and understand data and trends about their ticketing sales, revenue, growth and inventory. This hugely reduces mistakes with their inventory before and after a scheduled event happens, and promoters don’t face bad surprises. App is launched on the App Store. In my role as a product designer at Nowsta, I focused on designing innovative features for the workforce management web app and mobile products. My main responsibility was to understand our customers needs, the environmental change of the industry and design new features that enhanced the functionality and user experience of Nowsta's products.

By understanding the needs and pain points of our users, I strategized effective solutions for complex challenges. My main work is overseeing the user experience of OSG Analytics digital solutions and overall brand experience that prospects and existing clients have when interacting with us. Working in the Marketing department, we are positioning the company to better heights with also, working alongside the Product team to provide a full experience to our customers.
