Project manage and design for diverse book and stationery titles encompassing pop culture, licensing partnerships, food, humor, sports, and trivia. Scout, hire, and art direct freelance illustrators, designers, and photographers. Oversee many project timelines and deliverables, ensuring seamless workflow and timely completion. Collaborate with editorial, production, and sales teams to track trends and develop innovative formats and content. Work closely with editorial to create a strong visual direction for bestselling series. Mentor and share expertise with design fellows and other designers to foster professional growth within the team.

Art direct, project manage, and design a range of book and non-book titles including pop culture, music, tv, movies, media and licensing partnerships, humor, sports, trivia, etc. Scout and hire outside designers, illustrators, and photographers. Collaborate with editorial, production, and marketing team members in-house. Project Manage and prepare sales materials for Spring and Fall Book Clubs, book fairs (Frankfurt, Bologna, London, etc.), and catalog. Build and share information and expertise with fellow designers and other project team members.

Responsible for the creation of social promotion, email, web assets, and more. Work with the design team to concept ideas for merchandise and create production ready designs.
