Architected a workflow to identify and extract key structural features that are indicative of protein stability from crystal structures located in the RCSB Protein Data Bank.

Using the collected information, I developed a computational tool which leverages Bayesian statistics to locate areas of instability along a given protein sequence and suggest stabilizing mutations.
