Led the design and implementation of a serverless system to perform large scale metadata backfill for all published books in Kindle Publishing, utilizing AWS Step Function to orchestrate Lambda, S3, and SQS through CDK, enabling brand protection benefits for top publishers.

Collaborated cross-functionally across the Books domain with engineers and QA to investigate and resolve large scale metadata and content issues to improve data quality and publisher experience.

Led the end-to-end development of mobile push notification infrastructure in the Halo app in native iOS and Android, integrating with Apple and Google notification services, achieving notification onboarding success rate of 99.99%.

Designed and implemented a scalable microservice that automated personalized remote push notification delivery, built with AWS Pinpoint through CDK, delivering 200K+ messages and increasing customer click-through rate from 3% to 9%.
