Previously, as Senior Engineering Manager at Oxford Instruments, I led the product design initiatives that set new benchmarks in X-Ray system development. Besides my Technical Management Skills, I am a self starter developing new product concepts and architecting complex automation/electro-mechanical systems within the semiconductor capital equipment industry, thermal systems for back end packaging, hands free handling of X ray tube components etc using state of the art analysis tools (ANSYS, Cosmos, CFD) and design packages (Solidworks,NX, AutoCAD).
