Biggest wins:
• Eliminated 90%+ of manual data entry for millions of users. The biggest friction our customers faced was spending hours manually entering financial data. We solved this by building comprehensive data automation: automatically aggregating data from 20K+ financial providers (banks, brokerages, payroll systems) and using AI-powered document intelligence (partnering with Google Gemini) to extract information from uploaded documents. Recognized at Google Next 2025—this prevented churn and gave millions of people their time back.
• Drove significant TurboTax user acquisition from Credit Karma by enabling seamless zero-click transitions for 70% of Credit Karma members (up from 5%) using AI-powered identity resolution. Credit Karma users could start their taxes with one click instead of creating accounts and re-entering information. Cited in our February 2025 earnings call as a key growth driver.
• Transformed how we connected with customers by automating research recruiting (4 weeks → 1 day), enabling 10x more research sessions. This scaled direct customer engagement from near-zero to 70%+ participation across Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Led market validation for product externalization—defined customer segments, secured design partners, and validated product-market fit, demonstrating 0→1 GTM capability.
