It streamlines the entire sales process, from lead management to contract finalization, by automating tasks, managing inventory, and centralizing data. As the founding designer, I built the design function from the ground up and shaped the end-to-end product experience for the platform used by real estate developers, sales teams, and homebuyers. I established the company’s first design system, introduced user research practices, and partnered closely with engineering and product leadership to translate complex workflows, like contract creation, deal management, and buyer onboarding into intuitive digital experiences. My work laid the foundation for a scalable, consistent product ecosystem and directly influenced the company’s product strategy during its early growth phase.
