I partner with business owners and nonprofit organizations to redesign and optimize digital experiences that drive engagement, growth, and operational clarity. I’ve led end-to-end redesigns of WordPress + WooCommerce e-commerce platforms, improving user engagement and conversion through thoughtful restructuring of sitemap and information architecture to increase discoverability and usability. My work includes optimizing on-page SEO and localized content strategies to grow organic traffic, as well as redesigning checkout, shipping, and pickup workflows to reduce friction and build customer trust.

Beyond core UX, I design branded graphics and marketing assets across web, email, and social channels to create cohesive, conversion-focused experiences. I also implement backend improvements and plugin integrations to support scalable operations. For nonprofits, I collaborate closely with stakeholders to refine donation flows, clarify messaging, and strengthen audience engagement. This work has contributed to measurable impact, including 37% year-over-year sales growth for a beverage e-commerce brand.

At NCR Voyix, I led product design for enterprise restaurant SaaS tools supporting operators across labor compliance, inventory management, sales performance, and onboarding workflows. I designed and scaled complex configuration systems within Aloha Smart Manager, including labor rules, reporting, and scheduling, translating multi-jurisdiction overtime and premium regulations into usable, scalable interfaces. I also contributed to inventory and sales experiences to improve operational visibility, and refined onboarding flows to reduce setup friction for new locations and corporate administrators. Throughout, I partnered closely with product managers, architects, and engineering to balance usability improvements with architectural constraints and phased delivery timelines, proactively navigating trade-offs to prevent costly rework and change requests.

Worked with the product design team to build a developer portal by meeting with stakeholders, created workflows and drafted high fidelity wireframes that contributed to the success of the product release
