# Mai V. > Product Designer @ Telekom Location: Hungary, Hungary Profile: https://flows.cv/maiv 👋 Hi, I am Mai ( - pronounced as "my") 📄 On paper, I am a Vietnamese - Hungarian product designer with background in computer science and psychology. ❤️ At heart, I am just a problem solver. Whether it is product, design, customer support, coding, company culture, cooking, or gaming related. I also love to teach. As I often self-learn, I also enjoy helping others through the journey of understanding topics I had to figure out alone. 🫴 Outside of work, I love helping other designers and give back to the community. I moderate the official Friends of Figma community server, answer design related help questions, create educational Figma contents, and review portfolios. 💭 Questions that I often think about: "Is this the most efficient way to do this?", "How could this be better?", "What is going on in their mind right now?", or just "What is going on here?" With this, we also had to setup a hierarchical system that contained roles like admins, interns, and users who had different capabilities. I designed the frontend of the databases and admin side of the database and the admin side.
