BluCircle CRM
- Broad product management and design responsibility for Finxera's highest-priority project, a new CRM tailored for the debt relief industry

- Supported a team that configured and delivered the CRM to it's first set of customers

CFTPay Dashboard
- Revamped the user interface layer on Finxera's robust, industry-leading payment processing solution
- Created the full UX and visual design system, with a goal of extreme consistency and development efficiency to allow a large number of interfaces to be shipped quickly
- Conducted user research in person with all layers of Finxera's operations staff, who are the primary users of the product, to discover real world process improvements, and implement them with enhancements to the CFTPay Dashboard

Dashwall Kiosk
- Working with a small internal team, created an Android-based kiosk product to display live data visualizations at customer sites on TV displays.
- Responsible for dashboard visual design and hardware setup experience.

QuietComply
- Wrote product specs and designed dashboard for a product designed to protect PII.

Rally
- Designed and piloted a payments solution for political campaign donations during the 2016 elections
