* Oversaw production line ramp-up from series 1 to first year mass-production goals for VW Eos convertible leather back seat. Volkswagen. 
* Worked on product specs definition to enter mass-production cycle after prototype-cycle for B58 seat. Third-line seats for Picasso 2. Citroen PSA.
* Worked on applying new fabrics and productivity updates in the production line for PSA front seats (Citroen & Peugeot) keeping target of 4% cost reduction per year.
* Created un-folded seat CAD patterns for pattern designers to reduce defects in fabrics with inconsistent warp vs weft stretch behavior during foam injection.
* Oversaw special production orders and defined manufacturing specs for Audi A4 headrests, Mercedes Maybach.
* Led a team of pattern designers and prototype injection foamers to perform special production orders with rare fabrics.

* Designed new conceptual seats at the Centre d’ Estude et Recherche pour l’Automobile. C.E.R.A

* Assisted in the design of new seat concepts and generated product documentation and presentations.
* Assisted on prototype lab with silicone casting and fiberglass molding tasks.
* Worked on modeling CAD geometries for 3D printing prototypes using Catia and Rhinoceros.
* Documented the knowledge transfer from a senior foam chemist before his retirement creating internal wikipedia page. 
* Assisted in the documentation of new patent applications for new mechanical concepts on armrests and electric headrests.
