# Manju Yadav > Thinking Different Location: New York, New York, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/manju 👋 I’m Manju, and I believe that once systems reach a certain scale, the most valuable thing an engineer can do is make them boring: predictable, reliable, and easy to operate. My work has evolved from fixing problems myself to designing systems that don’t depend on individual heroics. I’ve led teams at Flipkart and am currently building products at Pinnacle, where I work on AI-driven meeting assistants as well as the LLM tracing and evaluation layers that support them. What I care most about is technical stewardship: setting the right standards, abstractions, and defaults so other engineers can move quickly without taking on hidden risk. Good systems should be easy to reason about especially when things go wrong. Alongside my core work, I’m building Sentinel AI, an open-source infrastructure platform focused on making AI systems more dependable in production. The emphasis is on correctness, traceability, and clear failure behavior, so teams can understand what their systems are doing and why. I believe strong engineering shows up in systems that teams can trust, operate, and reason about under real-world constraints. ## Work Experience ### Software Engineer @ Pinnacle Jan 2025 – Present | New York, United States ### Senior Software Engineer - III @ Flipkart Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Designed and implemented a scalable microservice architecture with Next.js and Kafka for MDM data ingestion, enabling advanced analytics and efficient data cleanup.
