Optimized batch processes to use AWS serverless technologies to process review leads, sending review solicitation emails and other business logic.

AWS Cloud Services used were Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, CloudFront, SecretsManager, SQS, SNS, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, Kinesis Data stream, Athena, CloudWatch, Route53, ECS Fargate, ElasticLoadBalancer, and X-Ray.

AWS CDK, Terraform, and AWS Serverless Application Model(SAM) for infrastructure as code.

Automated testing using MockMvc, Junit , LocalStack (Aws infrastructure tests on local machine).

Other important technologies used were Git, Gradle, JIRA, Bitbucket.

Designed and developed multiple Java Applications with Swing interface, ex. App that calculated center’s cleanroom utilization time from access card log and performed cost metrics calculation (Applying custom charges/bulk hour discounts) to generate detailed cost reports which reduced monthly billing work from multiple hours/days to minutes.

Implemented Web Application which allows engineers to monitor the equipment’s status and usage.

Annotated performance report of third-party sellers from database and took actions based on SOP if necessary.

Involved customer experience by verify and refunding claims like missing and damaged items.
