At Toptal, I had the opportunity to design various growth marketing initiatives across projects to address our goals related to new client acquisition and innovative service approaches. I was responsible not only for the conceptual designs but also for optimizing some page conversions, where we were able to incorporate marketing feedback and make improvements that increased user engagement with Toptal's services.

I worked with a consumer squad on top of an MVP redesign for the loan portal for the Octane customers to help them manage the loans, payments, and related services. Also, I'm working with a multidisciplinary team to build a design system that will cover the different products across the company, like the dealer portal and partners portal.

Most recently, I had a chance to integrate this team and explore my team/

project management skills as a Scrum Master. In this short time, we had a

chance to accomplish a few sprints and explore the best practices of agile

development methods.
