As the Staff Product Designer on the team, my responsibilities were to contextualize all the different initiatives within the Growth team into a cohesive design vision, ensure high-quality output from the Design team, and mentor the junior designers on our team.

I was responsible for implementing various features and improvements, such as onboarding flow, targeted upsells, user activation, streamlining the authentication process, providing in-product education, notification enablement, and creating a virtuous cycle through sharing flows.

At H-E-B Digital, I was tasked with visualizing the future of their e-commerce grocery retail experience, crafting a design language system, and putting H-E-B Digital on the map for top national talent.

I led the implementation of motion and animation into the H-E-B digital experience by crafting micro-interactions that express meaning, build continuity, and create unexpected moments of delight.
