Throughout my life, I have consistently been someone who enjoys gaining a greater understanding of how things work. In regard to complex systems, understanding the how and why of their functionality provides me with a great sense of satisfaction. Originally, I was studying industrial & systems engineering at SJSU. However, with more time and experience in courses involving programming, I realized my curiosity for the practically boundless world of software development. Thus, the decision to switch my major to computer science occurred to me without hesitation. 

I chose software engineering as a career path because it allows me to continue learning indefinitely in the sphere of technology. Using my enthusiasm to master new skills and implement them into my work, I can provide a great deal of value to any organization seeking to build products with the future in mind.
