Real-Time Software Development:
Develop and maintain real-time applications using C++ and C# to visualize, process, and analyze live telemetry data for mission-critical systems. Architect and support a plugin-based system enabling role-based access control, data logging, antenna control, and gyroscope data processing for real-time location tracking.

Telemetry Processing & Systems Programming:
Develop with Linux-based telemetry processing applications in C, handling high-throughput data streams with strict latency and performance requirements. Perform binary decommutation, embedded stream parsing, and unit conversions, requiring deep expertise in binary protocols, data types, and low-level systems programming. Optimize high-speed data pipelines, transmitting real-time telemetry via UDP to multiple distributed display systems.

Agile Delivery & Team Leadership:
Manage team-wide development workflows using Jira, including sprint planning, task prioritization, and cross-functional coordination. Develop user guides, technical documentation, and tutorials, and conduct training sessions to onboard and upskill team members.

Project & Stakeholder Management:
Lead technical project management efforts, overseeing budgets, timelines, milestones, labor hours, and risk management. Pitch projects for budget approval, communicate progress to stakeholders, and deliver final project reports and documentation.

Documentation & Process Improvement:
Document existing systems and workflows to preserve institutional knowledge and improve maintainability. Establish standardized processes for new employee training and knowledge transfer to enhance team scalability and efficiency.
