This feature, Edit and Resend, had been a top customer request heard consistently in CSAT surveys and from customer support managers. It gets about 2,300 uses a day and is one of HelloSign’s top three most used features. Signature request cancellation has also gone down since its release. • 2022 - As part of the HelloSign team, I revamped, integrated, and simplified the error-resolution process, and added multi-signer capabilities to the existing Bulk Send experience; which came up in the top 20 problems being submitted to Support, was frequently mentioned in Sales conversations and caused issues for 24% of customers while uploading their CSV of signers. I was able to find internal bulk send users on the Dropbox team and gained valuable insight from them. I designed a HelloSign-specific table component based off an experimental one in the company design system and spec’ed out all the requirements for our team to develop it. I had to account for a lot of edge cases with column width mins, maxes, and text behavior. This project increased CSV template usage from 2% to 7.5%. With more users using the CSV template to help them avoid running into errors, we also saw a 2-4% decrease in the number of users having to resolve errors in their CSV. After the rollout was complete we saw an increase in signature requests by 23%. ### Product Designer @ HelloSign Jan 2018 – Jan 2019 ### Designer @ Chute Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco Bay Area Chute empowers marketers to turn visual content into engagement and actionable insights, curate the best photos and videos from fans, obtain permission to use their content, gain valuable insights about influencers. • Contributed to a redesign of the entire product platform. Designed new features from sketch to final clickable mocks. • Served as creative director and designer for three issues of the Sightseer magazine, reaching over 1,500 contacts. • Other responsibilities included creating a landing page template, reports, and digital and print collateral to support sales. ### Designer @ PlanGrid Jan 2014 – Jan 2016 Worked with the marketing team to create company brand guidelines, document and presentation templates as well as advertisements and campaigns.
