Led an independent proof-of-concept (POC) research project focused on circumventing traditional bottlenecks in RNAi-based therapeutics

Engineered novel ultra-pH sensitive transferrin PDPA nanoplatforms for tumor-specific release of siRNA in inherently acidic microenvironment of glioblastoma.

Developed stimuli-responsive PDPA nanoparticles in conjunction with ACSL5 siRNA, which was novelly applied as a two-pronged knockdown agent for glioma fatty acid oxidation proliferation and survival-promoting downstream Midkine pathway.
