Oversee the due diligence process (cash flow, financial statement and bank statement analysis, etc) for
our lending facility.
• Build and implement scalable policies and procedures, example: tax lien verification, third party exposure.
• Manage junior underwriters to ensure they are making lending decisions according to our credit policies.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve customer experience.
• Influence the development of risk models and review procedures providing solutions that directly impact customer experience.
• Create reports to track and communicate credit related metrics, such as turnaround times.
• Provide Support to Sales and Account Management in regards to prohibited business models, further
documentation needed, or communicating decline decisions to customers.
