Coordinated and worked alongside an Italian development team to deliver a localised suite of interactive healthcare assessments and reports that became a core offering for the English, Irish, French, Italian and Spanish market. This involved working closely with international healthcare experts to ensure correct and compliant terminology was adapted to each target market.

As one of the first hires for the UK/Ireland markets, I helped plan, design and implement a successful Beta-Testing program that grew users from 0 to 1000+ including remote and in-person training of over 200+ users ranging from care staff to C-level executives.
