My curriculum covers the whole user experience spectrum, with a particular focus on user interfaces, mobile and web services. I’m experienced in leading and coordinating the whole design process from beginning to end, which includes user research, concept and strategic design, prototyping and implementation.

I started and headed a new practice for Uber: Design Platform. During this time my team created and led adoption of Uber's first global design system - named Base - and implemented key tools that help streamlining the design process.

I co-founded and headed Uptime, a new group video chat app from Google for watching videos together. I lead the team and the project, and I was directly responsible for its product strategy and user experience, wearing the CEO hat for this product.

YouTubePilot, Head of Studio

Co-founded a new internal experience incubator inside YouTube, called Pilot Studio: a workspace where people across disciplines work together to pilot new ideas.

This is a team of designers and engineers, which I led and managed.
