As a software engineer at Wayfair, I worked on the login and authentication team, developing and improving features that enhanced the security and usability of the website. Was responsible for a 30% increase in account recovery success on the website. This was accomplished by Implementing Email One Time Passcode(OTP) as an account recovery method on the website. This feature allows users to recover their information accounts through the use of an email code rather than using an emailed link. 

Added FaceId biometric metric capability to the website. This allows users to use their face as a form of login rather than a password.

Released a feature that would allow users to sign out of all active session from a single device and then secure their account. This reduced the amount of account fraud we noticed by 2%

Refactored my teams codebase and local development environment , significantly reducing code bloat and complexity. This in turn lead to a 20 percent faster ticket delivery time.
