Laborworx is a tech-enabled staffing firm focusing on skilled trades that seeks to end the skilled worker shortage through their new visionary technology.

My Role:
 Led a multidisciplinary team of six while collaborating with Product to define timelines, roadmaps, and 
product direction, resulting in consistent delivery and surpassing KPIs for over a year.
- Headed the development of a greenfield React app using Lambda, Aurora, CDK IaC and other AWS cloud 
tooling which eventually led to a successful launch that exceeded expectations
- Handled interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for new developers with a focus on robust documentation 
and mentorship.
- Oversaw the development of a new mobile offering while working on a complete web app refactor which 
upon release resulted in new revenue streams and an 80% increase in user engagement.

latest technologies leading to a massive boon in productivity and a cut to development time/costs 
- Modernized our billing and payment system with a complete rewrite including robust automated testing 
resulting in record levels of customer product satisfaction as measured by official NPS scores

### Full Stack Engineer @ Norfolk Southern

Fully rewrote a critical conductor training testing suite for recording, displaying, and analyzing data. This
 included the database (SQL / Entity Framework Core), server-side code (C# /.Net Core), the front end
 (Vue.js), and data visualization functionality (D3.js).
Wrote a safety reporting system to generate and store thousands of legal documents, previously kept
 physically, potentially saving the company millions in government fines.
