The most important part of my work was that after conducting a complex research, I was able to define the actual problem that was in the credit card info request on the first deal redemption in terms of the trial version of the app. It caused a significant drop in signups. My research helped IndiCard to understand the actual problem in their business and I was able to suggest powerful solutions that met business and user goals. Key changes: - Terminating the credit card request - Making the signup form fit on one page and adding the option to sign up via Facebook - Adding a reminder for a trial period and display of remaining trial days - Adding a social aspect, by displaying profiles of IndiCard members and their app activity ### User Experience Designer @ General Assembly Jan 2016 – Jan 2016 CDC TRAVEL APP - POCKET TRAVELER (Concep Project) CDC needed a more effective and efficient tool for planning a trip and traveling.
