This competency framework is available in a free, public database that is used by almost 150,000 teachers and curriculum designers at Ministries of Education, universities, and language schools around the world to customize courses for job seekers. It is also used by HR professionals to validate language requirements for specific jobs and evaluate employee language skills. Patent 10438500 issued October 2019.

Helped product and technical writing teams better understand what customers needed to know to effectively find and use various Adobe products Team members learned how to ask more informative questions, use various tools for investigations, and effectively communicate findings to other team members.
