Spearheaded the continuous deployment of a unified business profile experience in QuickBooks, resulting in 80.2% of profiles that are successfully in sync, featuring a modernized UI using the Intuit Design System (IDS), with configurations supporting global (non-US) markets. Actively syncing ~5k profiles a month. Advanced the design strategy for One Intuit Account access, enabling the launch of unified identity context that allows customers to sign in to multiple Intuit accounts simultaneously. ### Product Designer @ OLIVER Agency Jan 2024 – Jan 2024 Led a co-branded financial professional website in partnership with Charles Schwab, creating a tailored digital experience for advisors to explore, quote, and position Protective's life insurance and annuity products within the Schwab ecosystem. Consulted for Protective Life Insurance on a comprehensive public site redesign, optimizing across three pillars — usability, usefulness, and visual design — to elevate design quality and ensure every deliverable met the highest standard of craft. ### Product Designer @ BMO Jan 2022 – Jan 2024 Achieved 8% month-over-month growth in BMO Buy Now Pay Later adoption since November 2022, generating 167k+ new plans by expanding the lending product from web to mobile — coordinating cross-functionally during a simultaneous major app revamp to ensure a seamless, on-time mobile release. Boosted BMO Invest App downloads by 3,000 within 3 months of launch by designing a Single Sign On experience that enabled seamless cross-app access to BMO Invest app, driving 147,000 incremental feature interactions. ### Product Designer @ AlayaCare Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | Toronto, ON Drove 15% lift in client retention by designing the AlayaCare’s Family Portal app — a HIPAA-compliant, cross-platform mobile experience (iOS & Android) enabling clients and authorized family members to view scheduled visits, request service changes, access clinical documentation, track medications and vitals, complete self-assessment forms, submit caregiver reviews, and manage invoices and payments — empowering clients to be active participants in their own home-based care.
