I design and lead the development of high-performance, secure, scalable and delightful consumer-first experiences. My favorite part is that I get to onboard, mentor, and teach other engineers. My days consists of working closely with engineers, designers, product managers, data analysts, content and business groups on features that directly impact user engagement.

I planned and led the development of large cross functional user facing projects. From a leadership perspective, I helped build a team through many processes and culture initiatives.

I collaborated with a small team of engineers to rebuild the platform. My favorite project was leading and implementing the video content delivery strategy that ensures accessibility, inclusivity, and performance. This rebuild also gave me the opportunity to research and integrate many tools, technologies, services and was able to implement and manage our internationalization plan. This experience allowed me to collaborate closely with product managers and designers to execute on our product roadmap.

I collaborated with software engineers and project managers to solve complex Warehouse Control System application problems that directly influenced software releases and upgrades. I investigated and produced root cause and resolution for severe issues by breaking down source codes, writing SQL scripts, analyzing datasets and log files. I also developed and maintained the training curriculum for our Goalpost and Activity Manager web-based applications. This is where my passion for writing training documentation and quality code began.
