Rewrote large parts of the code on the server from Ruby to Golang for improved performance. Debugged parts of the C# sharp and Objective C code.

• Responsible for overseeing the company’s financial activities. Produced and analyzed the company’s financials with regular financial updates to the CEO. Managed the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems (Deltek). Oversaw the accounts payable and vendor invoicing.

• Managed the payroll system (Paychex) and employees’ benefits (vacation, healthcare, 401k…). Provided support and advice for hiring and promotion processes.

• Responsible for the enterprise product and the software clients and for the demonstrations across all product lines.

• Acted as a liaison between the world-wide sales team and the HQ office. Provided on-going support for product features and product strategy to account managers. Created compelling sales materials including customer presentations, product specifications, competitive analyses and trial and demonstration documents.

• Led Bytemobile’s customer demonstrations across all product lines. Designed, implemented, and drove the demonstrations at the HQ office and at world-wide trade shows (CTIA, 3GSM…).

• Led a cross-functional team involving Engineering, Marketing Communications and Business Development to create a derived demonstration product. Gathered, defined and elaborated product requirements for marketing specifications. Created project documentation and timeline and defined scope of work.
