Built a data pipeline in Python to automate file organization, data cleaning, and analysis for one of many experiments in a large, multi-year, multi-lab VR study between UC Irvine and UC Santa Barbara, exploring why some people navigate better than others. Analyzed and presented correlations between performance on two previously unlinked tasks, which supported future analyses within the broader project.

### Engineering an Image Processing Pipeline for Neuroscience Research (Goard Lab) @ UC Santa Barbara

Developed an image processing and feature extraction pipeline, using computer vision to isolate tiny, dim structures (dendritic spines) from noisy backgrounds (two-photon microscopy images of hippocampal CA1 neurons) with co-authors.
