I’m a product designer and design recruiter focused on early-stage startups. I love helping teams move from ambiguity to execution, and I’m drawn to messy systems and making technical work feel thoughtful and human.

My design work naturally extends into recruiting, partnering with founders not just on product design & direction, but on building high-caliber design teams. Recent (2026) placements include: Bland AI, Blocksight, Select.dev, Augrade.

Before design, I spent six years in customer support and operations (including driver recruitment at Zum and hospital hiring at Indeed), which taught me how things actually work behind the scenes and how to build within real constraints.
