Led the design for user onboarding and instant deposit experiences for the launch of Quickbooks Checking, Intuit's business bank account, in mid-2020.
Onboarding:
Spearheaded the user-onboarding design within a 3-month timeline, achieving a 25% improvement over benchmarks, a 60% reduction in completion time, and a 53% initial user conversion rate. This design still remains 80-90% intact (as of mid-2024) and a crucial gateway into the org's product suite.
Instant deposit:
Launched instant-deposit (fee-free) payment channels, capturing ~45% of charge volume at launch and a 60% first-time user conversion (as of Dec 2020). Following the success of this, led growth experiments, achieving a 79% lift on mobile and a 63% lift on web– converting these experiments into permanent features and income channels for the business, that are still going strong (as of mid-2024).
