Served as my team's design system lead, ensuring seamless implementation of components, icons, motion patterns, and comprehensive documentation. ### Product Designer @ YouCaring Jan 2014 – Jan 2017 | San Francisco Bay Area Hired as the first designer in the company, I led identity design, built the company's first design system and designed a new web experience involving payment integrations via Stripe and PayPal, fundraiser creation tools and data visualizations. I led design of AB testing initiatives, partnered with marketing team on collateral and supported engineering sprints.
