At York Exponential, I interfaced with potential clients to propose ideal applications for a collaborative robot to augment their workforce, decrease downtime, and increase production. As the first Sales Engineer at this start-up, I acted as liaison between the Sales and Engineering Teams, updated our CRM software to reflect our sales pipeline, created specialized 3D simulations for robotic applications using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and RoboDK, and coordinated marketing efforts for local events and outreach content. I also encouraged market-driven product development with our R&D team, designed parts for unique projects, while documenting best-practices and standards to support a dynamic, new company.
