Exygy partners with social impact organizations to design and build technology that improves lives. As a full-stack developer there, I contributed to the open-source Bloom Affordable Housing System and took on leadership roles across several meaningful projects. I led the development of a childcare grants system for Alameda County with low code tools, spearheaded the creation of a data platform for the Rosalynn Carter Institute, and directed the building of a comprehensive reentry support platform designed to help formerly incarcerated individuals successfully reenter.

Special is a platform for independent creators to launch their own direct-to-fan subscription streaming service. I work as a Senior Engineer, focusing primarily on the frontend - building, maintaining, and integrating tools into React. I also wear an entrepreneurial hat, ideating, prototyping, and working on finding a PMF in an agile and lean environment.

Triple Tree was a technology agency focused on growing businesses through consultancy and software-building. I was a full-stack engineer focused on a Node.js - React or React Native - MySQL stack. Throughout my tenure, I worked on mobile education platforms and led a project building various tools on a platform assisting veterans. There I managed clients, roadmapped, managed customer support, led and contributed to ideation sessions, integrated platforms with other tools like Salesforce, Airtable, and Freshdesk, managed DevOps and releases, and was responsible for ensuring OKRs and KPIs were met.

I taught web development at the Montana Code School, a non-profit that utilizes Agile methodologies and other progressive strategies to cultivate skills and interests that can start a career in technology. The course was 3-6 months long, taught at nights and weekends, and was broken up by a period of lectures and exercises designed to familiarize students with every piece of a full-stack application and a period of building applications to be shown to the public. The tech stack was dependent on the application built and the needs of the students, but we’d start with React - Express - PostgreSQL.
