Managing all aspects of the development process for SnapServer products. Generating roadmaps, managing release schedules, working with contract manufacturing vendors. Snap Server, Inc. is small enough to allow me to contribute to the actual software development (mostly Linux kernel).

Manage all parts related to the development of the SnapServer product line.

Managed the creation of a development environment that enabled full automation regression testing, continuous improvement, and decreased QA support resources required

• Led the release of a new operating system to unlock future capabilities and allow integrations of new applications

• Initiated a focus on customer retention while reestablishing and establishing new relationships with contract manufacturers and vendors after acquisition

• Established a hardware and software release roadmap within the constraints of supply chain, pandemic, and resource/funding challenges

• Maintained existing product lines and developed new products operating on less than 50% of original budget

Manage all engineering functions related to design, development and manufacturing release of the SnapServer Network Attached Storage product line.
