Led the UX strategy, research and implemented user onboarding initiative that reduced the total time to value from 8 minutes to a few seconds, lifted conversion rate to 4.4%, a 12.9% year one revenue lift, and a 108% lift in payment enablement.

- Mentored in a player coach approach, and recruited 5 designers across two offices in
Redwood City and Sydney.
- Proposed and phased out a referral campaign, to optimize our conversion efficiency
rate (acquired by bill.com in 2021).

Led development of Spayce (now Vidy), a mobile app that lets users capture moments in their life and share them with friends and family. Scaled and established design best practices. We raised $2.5M in seed round and in 2015, raised a Series A round of $12M before pivoting to Vidy, an embedded video layer behind text on web pages.

The mobile app was featured by Apple in both the Social Networking category and on the home page of the App Store as a "Best New App".
