Developed an accessible, highly performant NextJS (React, TypeScript) app with server-side rendering, Redux, WASM-based DuckDB for a browser-based query engine, and Vega for visualization.
As one of the founding engineers, I built many of the core systems, UX library components, APIs, and integration from the ground up. We aggressively experimented with the platform and actively adapted to user feedback while hunting for product-market fit.
Was responsible for major architectural decisions, including our NodeJS API design, user and token-based authentication, and event-driven architecture using lambda functions.
Built Notion integrations to unfurl interactive charts in documents.
Built significant portions of a Chrome extension that enriched existing webapps (e.g. BigQuery),
with visualization. The extension utilized the same core tech as the app.
2021 — 2022

Improved the seller’s search experience by adding dynamic filters to the Algolia-based search UI.
Improved package label readability and processing speed by utilizing dynamic PDF designs.
Contributed many accessible components to Deliverr’s component library (React, TypeScript,
Storybook). This involved deep collaboration with library maintainers and UX designers.
Built product features such as bulk product uploads via CSV file.
2020 — 2021
Boston, Massachusetts, United States
Developed data-heavy internal apps for the sales, marketing, private equity, and real estate
teams (React, SQL Server, Redis). The apps led to increased profits by improving data transparency for business stakeholders and integrating with machine-learning models (sales predictions) built by the data science team.
Developed a component library (React, TypeScript, Storybook) based on Manulife’s UX system.
Architected core webapp services from the ground up, including SSO-based auth (Azure AD) ,
integration with the Azure Graph API, and multi-environment CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
