• Coordinated across 5 designers, 6 PMs and 100+ engineers to design a self-serve international freight and fulfillment booking product in 2 months

• Led navigation and account messaging research by conducting workshops with 10 designers and delivering concepts to establish new platform guidelines and improved information architecture

• Drove product strategy, research and design for 5 products and 7 customer and internal-facing tools, resulting in a 400% increase in shipments
