Working very closely with CEO and PMs, we created a number of versions and completed hundreds of user tests to achieve a specific goal - 8 out of 10 business people are able to create a chart without any kind of outside assistance (even without in-app walkthroughs). The product successfully launched a year later, replacing the older UI and unlocking a truly self-served SaaS.
