Working remotely with a team of 10 developers, I facilitated multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced CI/CD environment. Additionally, I mentored software engineering interns and a developer on coding best practices, internal workflows, and development tools, such as Ruby. One of my most significant wins here was meeting 100% stakeholder requirements while leading the integration of European payment methods with the checkout flow. This project significantly boosted conversions in international markets. Similarly, I played a key role in conceptualizing and developing the highly popular "Markets" feature that significantly increased international sales over a span of three years. I architected key currency-related aspects of the feature and went on to create the next-gen “Markets Pro” feature. Through a diligent and collaborative approach, I achieved the following: - Streamlined API code design by driving strategic negotiations with partners such as Global E, PayPal, and Stripe. - Earned recognition from 150 team members for developing an engaging work environment. - Conceptualized a user experience optimization proposal that visibly increased revenue.
